Project Overview

Long Bay is a large-scale neighbourhood development on Auckland’s North Shore. Public sources describe it as a 162-hectare neighbourhood with ~2,500 houses and ~28 hectares of parks and heritage areas, including a village centre (figures reported in the NUWAO case study).
